Happy New Year!

I hope 2025 is a wonderful year for you!

It’s publication day!

And I am doing something a little different for this book - a silent launch!

What I mean by that, is that I’ve done no/very little promotion or marketing for this book because I’m really interested in whether all the work I did for my first 2 books, especially, was the reason it sold quite well or whether it would have done so anyway.

I suspect the former, but like any good scientist, I must test my hypothesis and get statistically significant results to validate my conclusion!

All that aside, I still want the book to do well and I’m going to start posting regularly on social media about it, but will be doing no paid marketing or anything beyond using my own small reach on my own platforms to make people aware of it.

After all, when selling books, there’s two main questions (IMO!):

• do people know about it? (often the biggest barrier)

• why should they read it? (our job!)

You guys are always asking how you can support me for all the content I produce etc, and a few of you have made pledges on here, which is lovely - I won’t be switching on a paid tier anytime soon, but it’s lovely you’ve done a future pledge all the same!

But what you can do is buy my books - way cheaper and I really do value every single sale, especially if you send a quick reply to say you have and I know it’s you!
